Repairs
If you have a problem which needs attention: for example your system has stopped working, you have a leak or loss of pressure (with Thermal system) then please call us now on 0800 988 6570 and we will quote you our callout charge and arrange for the repair.

Routine Maintenance
We recommend that to maintain the health and performance of your solar system, that you have a routine service every 4 years. If you would like to give your system a routine service, please contact us for a quote.
Typical remedial work on system not installed by us
Occasionally we find that some systems have been installed to quite low standards. This means that low quality components may have been used on original
installation which has lead to the cause of the problem. We are happy to advise / act on the best course of action to make your system function correctly, however on occasion systems have been deemed beyond repair.
The course of action may be to completely replace a solar panel or component. We will give you a quote before such work is undertaken and until then, our standard call rates will apply.
